Cordogan Clark & Associates designed a campus extension and assisted in developing the 2020 Master Plan for Waubonsee Community College. The master plan includes six new buildings, additional parking, landscaping, and renovations to existing buildings. The campus extension contains classrooms, offices, and four medical office tenants: Hospital's Home Health Care, Eye Retina Surgery, Copley Hospital, and the Naperville Children's Clinic.

The Copley Hospital space within this building includes an extensive clinical laboratory, computer, and retail space. The second floor features classrooms that accommodate nursing and biology classes, as well as laboratories for computer technology classes and off-site distance learning. The computer distance-learning laboratory enables the facility to function as a campus extension, providing students access to the main campus on-line.
